Tomorrow begins the two-day Fourth Australian Conference on Evidence-based Coaching. There is a packed agenda, but I will be most interested to learn of the work being done by Dr Jennifer Garvey Berger on developmental coaching. I am hoping to kick off my new blogging skills (?) by providing my cyber readers with some reflections on the conference, so watch out for them after Sunday.
